in NightHunter Orders

New orders include $3.2 million from the US Army for NightHunter II systems

CARLSBAD, Ca. - XENONICS HOLDINGS, INC. (AMEX: XNN), a leader in advanced illumination and low-light viewing technologies, announced today that it has received new purchase orders totaling approximately $4 million for the Company's NightHunter high-intensity illumination devices.
The purchase orders include approximately $3.2 million from the U.S. Army for Xenonics' NightHunter II systems. "We are proud that the U.S. Army continues to expand its commitmentto our high-performance NightHunter illumination products," said CEO Chuck Hunter.
Xenonics also has received purchase orders for approximately $0.8 million from Aardvark Tactical, Inc. for NightHunter One devices to be included in ATI's force protection integration projects for the U.S. military. This order is in addition to a $1.5 million NightHunter One order from Aardvark announced in September 2007. "We expect significant additional orders as part of this 'program of record' with Aardvark," Hunter said.
