The 9 X 2-1/4-inch, nine-ounce task light features an ergonomic grip, wrist strap, leatherette holster, and hideaway hanging hook for hands-free illumination. Compared to 75-watt incandescent lighting, the durable solid-state task light's 24 high intensity LED lamps combine for equal candle power, have no fragile filaments to break, and provide a whiter light. The 20-degree light throw is wider than conventional lights.
The Cliplight 24's built-in NIMH, 1800-MAh rechargeable battery has a five-hour runtime. Included is a 120-volt battery charger that displays a green (fully-charged) or red light (charging) status indicator. The LED lamps blink during the last minutes of battery life.
