More Choices in LED HeadlampsIf the new Quad® doesn't meet the needs of your next adventure, you can still find a suitable option from among Princeton Tec's other LED headlamps.
PT Apex® Lights the Way
Boasting up to 60 lumens of output, the PT Apex® is also a waterproof LED headlamp design. The Apex® offers four light levels, a safety flash mode, and an impact-resistant design.
Utilizing a regulated three-watt Maxbright LED with four regulated Ultrabright LEDs, the Apex® gives users a choice of flood or spot-type lighting.
The Apex® incorporates a dual switch system that allows independent control of both the three-watt Maxbright LED, and the wide-angle, close-range lighting from the four Ultrabright LEDs. In addition, Princeton Tec's proprietary heatsink technology allows the LEDs to burn brighter and longer than competing lights.
Like the new Quad®, the Apex® is compatible with alkaline, lithium, and rechargeable batteries, and includes a battery power meter.
PT Eos® Gives Light-Weight Alternative
The combination of electronic regulation, a one-watt Maxbright LED, and Princeton Tec's proprietary optics offers unprecedented brightness and beam smoothness in an ultralight, 3-AAA headlamp.
The Eos® is equipped with three brightness levels and a blinking emergency/signaling mode, just like its bigger and brighter cousin. Like all PT LED headlamps, the Eos® is built to last with its impact-resistant design, and its long-life LED bulbs.
Rated to provide six hours of illumination on high (25 lumens), the Eos® offers over 50 meters (165 feet) of lighting throw, and yet can still squeeze up to 60 hours of burn-time on its low-level setting.
PT Corona® Gives Flood-Like Light
The Princeton Tec Corona® offers consumers a regulated-LED headlamp that provides a wide flood of light for night-time activities. Eight shock-resistant, wide-angle Ultrabright LEDs can be switched between 8-, 5-, 3- or 1-LED output, making the Corona® a perfect hands-free light for all of your outdoor, work and personal lighting needs.
The Corona's wide beam minimizes the transition from very bright to dark areas, giving a more diffuse beam pattern than other PT headlamps. Just like the other PT headlamp products, the Corona® uses a proprietary heatsink technology and is designed to be waterproof to one meter.
An innovative circuit system allows you to fine-tune the brightness level on each of the four LED modes so you can go from flooding your field of view with 35 lumens of light, to reading in your tent.
PT Scout® Provides the Ultimate Lightweight Option
Weighing approximately 45 grams (1.66 ounces)), the PT Scout® is small enough to fit into your pocket and forget about. Of course, you won't forget that the Scout® sports three levels of light output and two emergency signaling modes which are quickly accessed by a single button.
Powered by four lithium coin cell batteries, the Scout® is ultralight, yet operates dependably in cold weather, and runs for up to 48 hours.
No matter which Princeton Tec LED headlamp you choose, you can be assured that your choice will provide many years of outdoor and emergency illumination.
