FOUNTAIN VALLEY, Ca. - SureFire, LLC, manufacturer of the world's finest illumination tools and tactical products, has once again been selected as the official flashlight provider for the National Rifle Association. A limited series of SureFire flashlights will be engraved with the NRA logo and sold directly to consumers through SureFire.com. Ten percent of the gross sales from NRA engraved lights will go to the NRA.

"This is an honor and a privilege for SureFire," said SureFire Vice President of Marketing Derek McDonald. "We are very proud supporters of the NRA and could not imagine receiving a higher honor in this industry."

The E2D LED Defender® (E2DL) has been selected as the first new flashlight model to sport the NRA badge of honor. Every E2DL NRA edition will feature a custom engraving of the NRA logo. The new E2DL NRA will be the same size as the standard E2DL (5.4" long and 3.4 oz. in weight) and will feature two-stage switching that delivers tactical-level output of 120 lumens, with a runtime of 1.9 hours, while a secondary output of 5 lumens offers extended runtime of 76 hours. The new light will retail for $149 and will be sold exclusively at www.surefire.com. Each NRA edition of the E2DL has an individual serial number, is backed by SureFire's No-Hassle Guarantee, and raises money to help support our Second-Amendment rights.

About SureFire

SureFire started in the firearms industry 30 years ago when it released the first ever fully integrated small-arms laser sight, under the brand name Laser Products. The first product was a helium-neon gas laser, integrated into a Colt Trooper .357 magnum. The company picked up momentum in 1984 when it designed and built one of the most recognized movie props in history: the laser sight mounted on the .45 caliber pistol used by Arnold Schwarzennegger in the film, The Terminator.

Located in Fountain Valley, California, SureFire is the leading manufacturer of high-performance flashlights, weapon-mounted lights, and other tactical equipment for those who go in harm's way, or anyone who demands the ultimate in quality, innovation, and performance. SureFire illumination tools are used by more SWAT teams and elite special operations groups than any other brand. SureFire is an ISO 9001:2000 certified company.
