MONTEREY, Ca. - Laser Devices, Inc. is please to announce the addition of the OV-3 white light LED with infrared Illuminator to the OPERATIVE line of tactical lights.

The NEW OV-3, adds a <25mW infrared illuminator to the tactical light. A selector ring on the front of the light allows operators to switch between high and low power visible or infrared modes, or modulation mode for the tactical light. The low power setting is perfect as an approach light or for close range illumination. The high power setting is ideal for providing long range illumination. The modulation mode emits eight strobing white light pulses per second allowing operators the split second they need to gain the upper hand in close quarters and low-light encounters.

The OV-3 easily mounts to any MIL-SPEC-1913 rail using a Low Profile Thumb Screw Mount that neatly tucks the light in between the top and side rails of an M4 style rifle. The dual tailcap provides operators with a choice of push button or remote cable pressure pad switch activation.

The OV-3 is equipped with a new <200 lumen high intensity, energy-efficient LED that generates unprecedented levels of light output. The brilliant, perfectly focused beam consists of a uniform center spot, provides superior color consistency, and the smoothest distribution of cool, white light. The faceted reflector design collimates the light for a tighter beam pattern and preserves the corona enabling the operator to retain peripheral vision and situational awareness.

Manufactured from rugged MIL-SPEC Type III hardcoat anodized aluminum, the OV-3 meets MID-STD-810G for adverse environmental conditions and is waterproof to 20 meters. The OV-3 is supplied with a Low Profile Thumb Screw mount, dual activation tailcap (push button and remote cable), 7" right angle remote cable pressure pad switch and two CR 123A batteries.

This product is governed by FDA and ITAR regulations. Sale is restricted to authorized military and law enforcement agencies.
