LEAWOOD, Ks. - Digital Ally, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: DGLY), which develops, manufactures and markets advanced video surveillance products for law enforcement, homeland security and commercial security applications, today announced that its common stock is now quoted on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board (OTCBB), effective July 23, 2007, under the symbol "DGLY". Digital Ally had previously been quoted on the Pink Sheets.

Westminster Securities Corp. filed form 15c2-11 with the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) and that filing has been approved.
